Loose Tube Type Fiber Optics Cable

1. Outer sheath

5. Peripheral strength element-Aramid yarn

8. Center strength member(CSM)- Galvanized steel wire with oversheath

 

CSM: Galvanized steel wire with oversheath could provide efficient tension for cable.
Loose Tube: 6 or 12 fibers per PBT loose tube and filled with a suitable jelly compound.
Filler:Thermoplastic rods, where needed.
Stranding:Loose tubes (and filler), SZ stranded around the CSM.
Longitudinal water tightness : (Option)
 
  The cable is water blocking by using petroleum jelly.
  The cable is water blocking by using water blocking element .
Peripheral Strength Element: (Option)
 
  Aramid yarns could be used if required.
  Non-strength Element.
Inner Sheath: Only for double sheath,material is polyethylene. (Option)
Water Blocking Element:Only for double sheath, between inner sheath and out sheath.(Option)
Ripcord:Nylon thread or Aramid yarn for easily stripping of the sheath.
Outer Sheath: (Option)
 
  LAP sheath: Laminated Aluminum sheath for moisture barrier.
  PBlack polyethylene sheath
